Full Restoration

Back in time when I notated each picture, sold to a mate and then sold through KGF Classic Cars


Frame stripped blasted and gloss black painted
Laying on the newly painted tank and panels
Wiring loom stripped back, checked, repaired if needed and loom taped up
Painted yolks etc. New bars and fittings
Repainted headlight ears and new chrome trims
Forks ground back and hard chromed, all new seals and new front guard
New rear guard and shocks
Fully refurbished bar switches
And same for the other side
Rebuilt instruments 
New pegs, chromed nuts and correct dished washers
After market indicators
Almost there
Engine all stripped and laid out
Rear loom
Air box, battery box and oil tank
Rear light and lens fitted
Rebuilt front brake
Original fuse box and rectifier, new rubber hose and spring for the reservoir
Stripped polished and repainted rear wheel
Aligning the new down pipes and adjusting to fit
Excellent silencers has been rechromed previously
Engine casing aqua blasted and ready for the rebuild
Gear selectors
Gears and rebuilt crank
Clutch with new plates
New pistons on .25
First ever rebore
Rebuilt engine with newly painted side panels and barrels
and fitted in the bike
Rebuilding the carbs
Unfortunately the bike wouldn't run and needed an new electronic ignition, here's the 
new smaller rectifier 
New coils
New ignition stator and wiring
Completed running bike
